About Our School

Lalitpur Madhyamik Vidyalaya (LMV) was founded by a board of five members who were among the founders of Lalitpur Coaching Institute. After about three years of operation of the coaching institute, the school came into existence as a registered institution from 1982 A.D. Since 1984 the school has been serving and producing S.E.E graduates regularly. The school was registered as an Educational Trust at the Education Department in October 2003. At present, the school has about 1000 students in the classes from Play Group to X and a total of 80 staff members. The school has been running in a co-educational pattern and the medium of instruction is entirely English except for Nepali and Samajik subjects.

मैले यो संस्कृत भाषिक श्लोकको सान्दर्भिकता किन राख्न उचित ठानें भने प्राचीनकालदेखि नै विद्या वा ज्ञानलाई जीवन जीउन चाहिने सम्पूर्ण कुरा प्राप्तिको मूलस्रोत मानिँदै आएको रहेछ भने अहिलेको आधुनिक युगमा त यसको महत्त्व अझ बढी भएकोले उक्त पङतिको अर्थसहित यहाँ साभार गरेको छु ।
